Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, the shipping time is estimated to be 2-5 business days for standard shipping. Please keep in mind that these are approximate delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday Season: During peak holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, processing and shipping times may be extended. Increased order volumes and potential carrier delays during these periods can impact the delivery timeline. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery during the holiday season.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your delivery address.

 

Shipping Costs: There is a standard shipping fee applied to all orders.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within The United States of America.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility: We only accept returns in the event of a defective item caused by an error on our part. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the product.

 

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please send an email to support@thehoodiefactory.com with the following information:

  3. Photo proof clearly showing the defect
